Uber is a technological platform that connects driving partners with users through an application on your smartphone.

In the city you can request a trip through the application. Your order is sent to driving partners who are nearby. When a driving partner accepts your travel order, your application shows the estimated time it will take to get to your pickup location. In addition, the application notifies you when the driving partner is coming.

After you request a trip, the application gives you the name, type of vehicle and the driver’s license plate number so that you can identify the vehicle to which you must climb. After getting into the vehicle, check that you have entered your preferred destination in the application. Driver partners use your Uber app to confirm the details of your trip. If you have a preferred route, notify the driving partner.

When you arrive at your destination, the journey ends. Your rate is automatically calculated and charged to the payment method you used for your Uber account. Please note that Uber may allow you to pay the cash fee.

Immediately afterwards, your application will ask you to rate the driver. Conducting partners are also asked to rate users. Uber’s mutual feedback system aims to foster a community on the platform where respect and responsibility prevail, as well as ensuring excellent travel quality and experiences for all.
